1 Saxton & Dale’s Rattustrap Black Sheep, initial good impression of this dog from review of his profile at all angles, he is well balanced & has good bone which gives him lots of substance. Markings were all as I would expect as per the breed Standard. His ears were perfectly set on a clean sharp head, tail appropriately set & carried well, lots of quality winning him overall BOB;
2 Hemsell’s Teteni Wizard of Dreams, a finer dog to one, true movement both up & down, has a pleasing head with rich tan markings, overall he is very attractive but lacked a little bit of confidence which reflected in his ear carriage. I would note that the conditions in the hall due to strong rain may have had an impact on this.
OD
1 T Wizard Of Dreams;
2 Boggis’ Eaglespur Primetime at Laurenbill, wider in front than I would have liked & not shown in the best of condition which reflected in his placing.
JB
1 Hammett’s Digelsa Double Take for Bryedal, a truly feminine bitch & of a size that I would say was spot on to the breed Standard. In profile she stood excellent & showed herself as a very elegant young bitch. She was handled to perfection by her owner, moving both with drive & confidence. My notes stress excellent markings & shown in tip top condition. This young bitch was subject to the downpour of torrential rain noise but it did not bother her at all, a confident young lady. BB & one that I hope will have an excellent future.
PGB
1 Saxton & Dale’s Egloshayle Sea Sprite of Rattustrap, a well handled bitch who showed herself off to perfection. She was presented in excellent condition & in gleaming coat, strong rear movement was a reflection of her muscled & toned hindquarters. Good markings & excellent head formation, almond shaped eye & good ear carriage, she was just not happy on the move & was moving looser than I would have liked at front, hence she lost out in the challenge for BB;
2 Hemsell’s Tetani Spirit Of The Wind, pleasant overview of this bitch who was of correct size. Pleasing ear & eye, has a good outline when standing & when on the move, her tail carriage complimented her overall appeal. Lost to one on movement; 3 Evan’s Coombelane New Beginning.
OB
1 Hemsell’s Princess Of Darkness, a lovely bitch who at 8 years is a credit to her owners, she was in fantastic condition & moved extremely well. Good markings & good ear carriage set on a pleasing head balanced by an appropriate almond shaped eye.
